Where are the best beaches in Australia

To find the best beaches in Australia, we need to look at the country’s natural beauty.

Australia has the largest coastline of any country in the world, and it’s home to some of the most stunning beaches on the planet.

As with many countries, the best beaches in Australia are located along the coast.

The eastern states have smaller coastal bays and coves, while the western states have larger, sandy beaches.

Beach Destinations in Queensland

Queensland is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From the white sands of Cape Tribulation to the crystal clear waters of the Whitsundays, here are my top picks for the best beaches in Queensland.

Cape Tribulation

Aboriginal legend says that if you climb up to the Cape, you will see a mystery boat. The Cape is the most remote of all the islands on the Great Barrier Reef. The Aboriginal name for the Cape is Tjoritji.

Named after an early settler, John Oxley, the Cape is an ideal destination for surfing. You can stay at a local campground or head to the famous Surfers Paradise.

Great Keppel Island

Another popular beach on the Great Barrier Reef, Great Keppel Island, is one of the most isolated beaches in the world. It is located in the southern part of the island and has been named the third-best beach by TripAdvisor.

Koorana Beach

At the end of the Gold Coast Highway, Koorana Beach is one of the best-kept secrets in the world. A few hundred meters from the main beach, you’ll find the world-famous Koorana Cave. It is the largest cave on the Great Barrier Reef.

Wreck Beach

Just a short drive from Surfers Paradise, Wreck Beach is one of the most popular beaches in the world. It is home to the legendary Wreck Bar & Grill.

Sunshine Beach

Sunshine Beach is the most photographed beach in Queensland. This is one of the most beautiful beaches on the Great Barrier Reef. It is a small, peaceful beach with no shops and no cars.

Beach destinations in Sydney

Sydney has some of the best beaches in the world. Some of the best beaches in Sydney include Bondi Beach, Manly Beach, Coogee Beach, Bronte Beach, Tamarama Beach, Coogee Beach, and more.

Beach destinations in Melbourne

Melbourne is a vibrant city with lots of culture and food. The famous Melbourne CBD (central business district), the Royal Melbourne Zoo, the Royal Botanic Gardens, and the Luna Park amusement park are the most popular tourist attractions.

Beach destinations in Western Australia

Western Australia is a state in the southern part of the country. It has many amazing beaches, from pristine sand to rugged cliff tops. There are many places to visit, so I’ve picked five of my favorite spots for you.

How to find the best beach in Australia

Here are my recommended trips:

1. Long weekend

A long weekend is a perfect way to spend a few days relaxing on the beach.

2. Beach holiday

A beach holiday is a great way to enjoy a week away from home.

3. Island hopping

An island hopping trip is ideal to see as many different types of beaches as possible.

4. Road trip

A road trip is great if you want to explore many other places.

5. Backpacking

Backpacking is a great way to experience the local culture of a country.
