Once you have filled your crimson wine, head to El Ganzo’s bar for one of the signature cocktails: Carissa Rum and Smoked Hibiscus. While one cocktail is rum-based and the opposite mezcal-based, each signature drink uses substances fresh from the resort’s garden.

As The Wigwam in Phoenix, Arizona, celebrates 90 years, the hotel allows guests and locals to sip on an ice-cold Wigwam Ale. As the name indicates, Wigwam Ale is distinct from The Wigwam Hotel and is brewed using the Tempe, Arizona-based Four Peaks Brewery. The brew boasts an earthy, floral aroma and super stability of caramel malt.
