If you are one of those solo travelers or need to discover something out of the container, something quaint and untrodden, that is what you have been looking for! Situated amidst the serene mountains of Uttarakhand, it’s a small suburb of Mussoorie.

It is a perfect getaway from the mainstream crowd, located close to the kingdom’s predominant hill stations like Mussoorie (33 km) and Chamba (12 km). Situated at 8500 ft above the ocean stage, three hundred km from Delhi- this location’s brilliant weather and untouched splendor are nicely connected via roads.

CAMPING

People typically come here to camp, trek, and lose themselves within the massive, lush, inexperienced splendor.

Here’s your guide to the weather before you plan to visit this location-

SUMMER (APRIL – JUNE)

Summers remain cool and windy in Kanatal, unlike many other Indian hill cities. The average summer warmth in Kanatal ranges between 25 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius; however, the warmth is fairly short-lived. This is the correct time for treks and exploring the wealth of flowers and fauna that Kanatal offers.

WINTER (OCTOBER – MARCH)

Winters right here are harsh with an ordinary snowstorm. But it’s an appropriate time to go to the location if you are looking forward to some amusement with snow. Multiple galas are celebrated in winter because it is when residents are free to socialize and rejoice. The temperatures range from 1 degree Celsius to 15 degrees Celsius, which makes carrying thick woolen clothes a necessity.

MONSOON (JULY – SEPTEMBER)

The Monsoon season in Kanatal, such as July and August, is not the quality season to go to the hill station as a vacationer. The location gets heavy downpours in July and August. This is when the roads to Kanatal are not of their first-class shape and ought to be avoided. Landslides turn out to be a not unusual feature during the Monsoon length.

THINGS TO DO IN KANATA

Start your vacation with a few sightseeing in Kanatal. You can go to the Surkanda Devi Temple, 5 km from the middle city. Kodai Jungle in Kanatal is an excellent region for hiking and nature walks. You can also interact with yourself in some amusing journey sports like mountaineering or valley crossing. You also can force the dam view web page of Tehri Dam.
