There are so many misconceptions about what foods are healthy. Many people think a bowl of oatmeal is the most beneficial thing they can eat. But there are so many better options out there. Some people are surprised to learn that cheese contains less fat than butter.

Americans tend to eat unhealthy food. But some foods are healthy and should be part of your diet. Americans consume about 20 percent of the calories in the U.S. from fast food alone. This is the worst food choice you can make for your health. So what’s wrong with our diet?

This video is about the foods I grew up eating in the U.S. and the foods I eat now. We will discuss some of the top western American foods that are healthy. We will also share some of the best diets to help you lose weight, increase energy levels, and get back in shape. The main thing I learned was that I need to eat real food instead of processed food.

Real food is what nature intended for us to eat. We have evolved with our bodies to have certain responses when we eat these foods. It makes sense that we get sick when we eat the processed foods we buy at the store. But it’s not healthy for our bodies to be on a steady diet of unhealthy food. Our bodies require a lot of nutrients to function properly.

And because they’re high in protein, they’re great for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.

You’ve probably heard of processed foods before. They’re usually made of cheap ingredients such as white flour, sugar, and unhealthy oils. These ingredients are typically stripped of their nutrients and replaced with artificial ones.
